Need a How-To

With recent issues in YT causing 403 errors, I've noted a lot of users are saying "the nightly build solves this problem." That's as it may be, but I (not exactly a software expert) have no earthly idea how to install this nightly build, or even where to find it!
So, I implore the gurus, the mavens, the "experts" to please...PLEASE...write me a simple tutorial that a middle-aged man-child with no programming background can easily follow.
Honestly, if there weren't a page with an installer (Windows 11, BTW), I would not even be able to use FT at all. I love the features of this program, and I understand that it's basically in permanent beta, thanks to YT constantly changing their coding to block use of tools like this. This "nightly install" thing is completely baffling to me, though. I can't find it, and even if I did, I'm sure I would not know what to do with it. Any help is appreciated.

Use nightly builds at your own risk as these are considered experimental. Expect things to break.

Thanks for closing the question without an answer. Completely unhelpful. If that page WERE helpful, I wouldn't be here asking. There's still no link to a list of nightly builds, and no instructions on their use.

That page contains easy to follow instructions on how to find them in the FreeTube GitHub repository. As for instructions on how to use them: the same as the release versions.
