Motivation

As a DPP sustainability architect, I want to model circularity and recyclability information, In order to support end-of-life transparency.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is no structured representation for circularity data, and the specification is still in draft state.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement:

• CircularityBuilder
• Draft-aligned modeling of:
  • Material composition
  • Recycling pathways
  • Reuse percentage
  • Critical material flags
• Validation rules:
  • Percentage consistency
  • Sum-of-material validation

Describe alternatives you've considered
Wait until final IDTA release. Rejected due to need for pilot support.

Additional context
Mark implementation as "Draft / Experimental" until IDTA finalizes the specification.

Acceptance Criteria

• Draft-aligned builder implemented
• Experimental validation rules available
• Clearly marked API as preview/unstable
