[ISSUE] - crashes when mining in nether

Describe the bug
game crashed when i tried to mine blackstone gold gtcu ore with tinkers hammer

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to nether
2. mine nether ore with hammer with silky
3. game crashes
   *edit: after further testing removing silky fixes the issue

Expected behavior
not crashing :(

Additional context
vein was not identified first (not scaned or loged on map/chat)
banded iron vein near nether fort with blackstone next to lava
hammer has silky and haste 7
also seems to happen with basalt nether ore

**after trying to get screen shot happend again seems to be just blackstone related **
