[ISSUE] - Create power generation recipes seem to be wrong

Describe the bug
The recipes for windmill parts and waterwheels appear to be incorrect

To Reproduce
Look at the recipes on JEI, the windmill sauks seem to have both default create recipes and new ones and the windmill bearing and waterwheels only have default recipes

Expected behavior
For the windmill sails to only have the new recipes and for the recipes of the windmill bearing and waterwheels to look more like the modified recipes for other create things
