Add Support for src/dist Folders

In order to enable users to use build tools like Gulp or Grunt we should add in support for src/dist folders in the experiment rather than only using the root folder of the experiment. This would allow users to add in a taskrunner file to the experiment folder that compiles from the src folder into the dist folder.
