Add support for FMS 2025 in GEOSgcm v12 #949
Description
I am going to use this PR in order to track and see if I can "dribble" in the changes needed for GEOSgcm v12 to move to FMS 2025.
The order I'll use is:

- Update FV3 (v12: Updates needed for FMS 2025 FVdycoreCubed_GridComp#308) and fvdycore (v12: Updates needed for FMS 2025 GFDL_atmos_cubed_sphere#112)
