Create example of custom attribute editor

We want users to be able to define a custom attribute editor (probably as a React component) that they can plug into Apollo. For example, an attribute editor that limits selection of terms to a certain controlled vocabulary (but no necessarily an ontology).

We need to make a basic example of this for users to follow when making their own.
