Make sure data is saved in Annual values

Could you please make sure that in the do-file saves the data in annual values instead of monthly values? You don't need to run it to save the data. Just make the correction in the do-file and create a pull request incorporating all the changes we have made this week.

The 400 bins do file is already updated. Did you do this Andres?
