el link de "Questions & Discussions" cuando le das al boton "New issue" esta roto

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. ir a https://github.com/Gentleman-Programming/agent-teams-lite/issues
2. apretar boton "New issue"
3. apretar en "Questions & Discussions"

4. lleva a https://github.com/Gentleman-Programming/agent-teams-lite/discussions

✅ Expected Behavior

Que me lleve a Use discussions for questions
