[Bug] Persona language changes because engram observations language

📝 Bug Description

Working with persona in spanish engram save observations in spanish. Later I changed the persona language to english, but because the observations were in spanish the agent change the language from english to spanish without asking

🔄 Steps to Reproduce

1. Use pesona in spanish
2. Ask the agent to peform some task
3. Change the persona language to english
4. Ask the agent to peform another task and check the language

✅ Expected Behavior

Not changing the language without asking. The observations can be translated before showing.
