We'll need to ensure that users can filter on the all projects page and category pages for projects that have added a recipient address on world.

users can see and select option to filter for projects that have added a world chain sepolia recipient address
filtering option is applied correctly and only eligible projects are shown
if multiple filtering options are selected, including filtering by world chain sepolia eligible projects then the correct projects are shown in the filtered list
