"Similar projects" project cards should show the QF round label if the project is in an active & open QF round

Right now we have the loving on pgs round active, and "open heart mind" is in the QF round, but the project card doesn't indicate that:

Acceptance Criteria

• During an active QF round (after start time and before end time), if a project is part of that QF round and appears in "Similar projects", the project card should be the QF-round version, with the label and the estimated matching.
• For all other cases (a project not in the QF round / a QF round not active or within start & end time) - all project cards in the "Similar projects" section should be the regular, non-QF, versions
