[BUG] Speed dial inactive unless a number is typed in in the field beforehand

If the dialpad is open and no number has been pressed, the speed dial doesnt work.

I must tap 1(or any digit) first and fill the typing field to then trigger long pressing speed dial.

Speed dial works if no characters are entered.

I have set the contacts from 1. to 5.

I apologise. I turned on 'show taps' in developer settings but it doesnt show in the video. I am long pressing 1 to 4 in the video and nothing is happening.

Had I tried it after entering a random character, you could see it working.
