Unable to return to the source app after making a call

Whenever I'm trying to make a call from other app i.e Swiggy deliver agent , after making the call it doesn't let me return to swiggy back rather it is stuck on the call screen until the call is completed even when ongoing call on notification is on.

How are you trying to return to another application?

Let say I placed an order from an app. When trying to contact the delivery agent from that said app, it redirects to dialer page and then the calling screen. But when trying to return to the delivery app while still in active call, it doesn't let me, it takes me to the calling page and when the call ends it goes to the said delivery app.

You can return to the app via the multitasking screen.

That's a hassle. Could you add the bubble popup for ongoing call?

We have a standard Android implementation, which displays a notification when a call comes in, and when minimized, brief information about the call is displayed in the system bar. Clicking on it opens a window with the call.
