Add support for Ganglion board

Hello guys, thank you for this great tool,
I am try to run BrainHat Server on Raspberry Pi 4 (2GB) and when running make errors in picture these errors appear when I Plug in your OpenBCI USB dongle to the Raspberry Pi, and run the program with command line arguments to specify your board type (I have a Ganglion ) ./brainHat --board-id 1 --serial-port /dev/ttyACM0 :

The Ganglion board is not yet supported by the system. Currently only Cyton and Cyton+Daisy. This is specified in the disclaimers section of the brainHat Software System Description, but my apologies for not making this more clear.

Some of the code is in place to support Ganglion boards. I am refactoring both the server and client code to use a more generic data structure. This will allow more hardware to be used with the system, including Ganglion board and other hardware not supported by brainflow. You may see the Contec branch in the repo to see where this is going.

I hope to have this refactoring done in the next couple of weeks. At that point, I could look into implementing Ganglion support. However, I don't have hardware, so I would need someone interested to help test it to make sure everything works.

Please let me know if you are interested to help test the system with Ganglion, and I can start woking on that in May. As a starting point, it would be helpful to have an ascii txt data file recorded using OpenBCI GUI and Ganglion board. This will help to confirm what properties are part of each sample. It would also be helpful if you can build and run the brainflow get data C++ sample using Ganglion so you can help specify which command line arguments are necessary for that setup.

The brainHat project uses the brainflow library to connect and get data from the OpenBCI boards. Using the brainflow library, you can connect to many different types of boards, including Cyton and Ganglion from OpenBCI. The library can be compiled on Linux, including Raspberry Pi, Windows, and Mac

At this time, the brainHat project supports only Cyton boards. It was written to be somewhat generic on the board type, but there are places where testing with the specific board is necessary to be sure everything will work OK.

We would like to extend the system to support Ganglion as well, but we don't have hardware, so we would need to collaborate with someone who is willing to help test and debug.

Let me know if you are interested to collaborate on adding Ganglion support to brainHat.
