Add Perl support via tree-sitter

Feature Request: Perl Language Support

Graphify currently supports 25 languages via tree-sitter AST, but Perl is not among them.

tree-sitter has an official Perl grammar (tree-sitter-perl), so adding support should be feasible.

Perl is still widely used in many production codebases, especially in bioinformatics, system administration, and legacy enterprise systems. It would be great to have it supported.

Would you consider adding Perl to the list of supported languages?

There is an open implementation for this: #1788, using tree-sitter-perl as suggested here.

What it extracts: .pl/.pm files and #!/usr/bin/perl shebang scripts; package declarations (statement form, block form package Foo { }, mid-file switches, and package-less code as main); sub definitions including qualified sub Bar::baz { }; use/require imports with in-corpus re-pointing; @ISA / use parent / use base inheritance; and calls resolved package-aware through the shared second pass. Method calls ($obj->method) and AUTOLOAD/symbolic refs are deliberately left edge-less — they are not statically decidable in Perl, and name-matching them would wire spurious edges.

Verified against the Foswiki 2.x codebase (core/lib, 378 Perl files, classic bless-OO with @ISA): 2776 nodes / 4611 edges — 927 imports, 211 inherits, 1088 calls, 0 parse failures.

The branch is rebased onto the current v8 (0.9.44) and mergeable as of today. If you have a Perl codebase to point it at, a test run and a report of what it gets wrong would be useful.
