[Bug]: Millstone does not consume multiple inputs

### What happened?

Putting plant matter into the greate millstone only consumes 1 plant matter as opposed to the 2 it should consume according to EMI. I am playing Terrafirmagreg, in case the recipe comes from that modpack.
