Replace containers in pipeline #14
Description
At the moment after deploying the pipeline I still have to go to the tasks configuration in AW console and have to deactivate the container manually,
This should happen automatically in the pipeline not manually in AWS console,
ToDo
- Decrease the app_count in the terraform code to 1
