Fine tune onboarding

• remove "sign in with apple" as it seems not to be configured properly - or add to README how to set this up
• after signing in with microsoft, the account is displayed as "Google Account" on the account overview. It should be "Microsoft Account" or something similar.
• add to README on where to create GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID and GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET
