http password support

Environment: VSCode 1.33.1 + gerrit-view + Gnome on ArchLinux

Problem:

1. can not login by ssh, since my ssh key is protected by a password, the plugin complains about password but provides no way to input one

2. gerrit also support http password way to login, however, gerrit-view seems not support at the moment (while SublimeGerrit does support)

I'm not sure how to do this yet, but I will look into it...

Any update on to the ssh access ?

My ssh key is not password protected, but I still get the "gerrit-view: Error: Encrypted private key detected, but no passphrase given"
