Failure in the RXTE pcaprepobsid task still has a successful return code #4

Running pcaprepobsid v1.4
The error is happening because I do not have a directory where I am telling pcaprepobsid I have one, and the error message claims it terminates with status -1.
I'll look into this and see if the issue is with the actual HEASoft task or HEASoftPy itself (the first seems more likely).
