Rename repo? #2
Description
We discussed wanting to add code/functions that aren't plotly-specific, namely ones used for post-processing data from various formats (MEGAN, HUMAnN3, etc).
With that in mind, we may want to rename this to something more general? Not sure of the best naming scheme here...
