The plugin is not compatible with PHPStorm 2025.1 EAP.
Is it possible to make the annotations plugin for PHPStorm 2025.1 EAP compatible?

I'm looking forward to that as well. My best guess, however, is that it will only be possible after JetBrains releases a new version of ideaIU (https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/com.jetbrains.intellij.idea/ideaIU).
