Performance issues with large DWG files

I tested OpenCADStudio by opening one of my DWG files containing several thousand 2D elements.

The application already started to feel noticeably slow and laggy when working with the file, even though the computer I tested it on is relatively powerful.

It would be interesting to investigate how OpenCADStudio handles large numbers of 2D entities and whether there are any performance bottlenecks in rendering or processing them.
