Constant Rumble on ALT Tab

Description of the bug:

<-- When Alt-Tabbing from game or clicking off window during a rumble sequence (moon falling, bomb explosion, etc. Anything that would cause a rumble), rumbling will not stop. A full shutdown of 2Ship2Harkinian is the only way to fix it. In app reset does not work. Rumbling will stop when alt-tabbed, but as soon as you tab back into 2Ship it resumes. -->

Expected behavior:
