Disable chunkanimator in specific dimensions

The chunk animation due to the vertical nature of the nether in my world is very distracting as it transits the whole screen to for instance fill the ceiling area. It would be really awesome if there was a way to disable the mod in specific dimensions.

What I might do is extend the config to work per-dimension. So, for example, you could use a different animation (or other setting) or disable entirely in another dimension.
