-> to be done is to simply tell spriters they should generally be working passively on improving sprites around the station which are generally an eyesore or anachronistic.
-> to be done well is to give a vague yet menacing feel for how sprites should wind up being, something in the ballpark of dark and suffocating, perhaps even a little unsettling, and befitting a shadow corporation's dingiest, most cutting edge establishment.
