Overlay shuffle mode

I'm not going to open this as a proper issue because I know it's a bit of a strange idea, but sometimes I think it would be fun to have a "shuffle mode" where the layers change every 5 minutes. I'm often too lazy to manually switch layers, so I end up sticking with the same one for the whole session c:

Yep, the Surface, Sidewalks, Shops ecc. overlays

FWIW, I've found that I change overlays much more often since I've enabled SCEE Settings / Show overlay quick selector. That eats up screen estate, but makes overlays much more accessible and usable...

Also any single misclick toward right side of the screen will also immediately switch overlay without any further action, so if you'd just become more careless about precise clicking (and/or get a physically smaller phone) you'll get shuffle-overlay mode for free 😃

Together with overlapping controls (#704) this gives you truly unwanted unexpected overlay changes.

Oh, I just enabled this, didn't know about it. I will try it for a while and see if it works for me, thanks
