Uninstall of title in v2.16 removes game from displayed library session, requires re-launching Heroic to display again

Describe the bug

There is a counter that shows how many titles you have in your library. Let's say it says 10, of which 1 of them is installed and 9 are not.

If you uninstall that title in v2.16, the counter will now say 9 and scrolling does not show it visible in the index.

You need to exit Heroic entirely and re-launch it to have the counter re-set to 10 and have the title display in the library.
