Hi, since the stencil8 is no longer sold I assume a lot of people will come here to get the files so they can have this manufactured.
The files in this github repository DO NOT MATCH the product that used to be sold. If you own one of these, DO NOT USE the latest revision files! What you get WILL NOT MATCH your original stencil8!
This is a huge, huge problem, because manufacturing these in one-off runs is very expensive.
The holes in the stencil8 are 2.50mm diameter, NOT the 2.55mm diameter shown in the drawings. This might sound like a small amount, but it isn't. That 0.05mm difference means a lot of wobble. There is an earlier revision of the github repo showing 2.50mm holes, presumably this is what was used to do the original run.
Zach, please fix the files or at least warn people. This is a very very expensive mistake that you're leading people into.
