I would love to request an Alias for Monte Cook's The Darkest House.
It seems really simple, and I could do it manually using the dice roller, but I thought it would be good to do everything I need in one roll.

Basically, it is similar to the cipher system in that it only uses d6s. Everything has a rating (1-10) and anything a PC tries to do is 2d6 + their rating. They are trying to beat the rating of the action or NPC +7.

From now on, X = player character rating and Z = opposition rating (either NPC or action that they want to perform).

Here are the rolls I would like:

2d6+X = "rating check"
3d6(drop lowest)+X = "rating check with Boon"
3d6(drop highest)+X = "rating check with Bane"
2d6+(X+1) = "rating check with proficiency"
3d6(drop lowest)+(X+1) = "rating check with proficiency and Boon"
3d6(drop highest)+(X+1) = "rating check with proficiency and Bane"

The additional die that The Darkest House needs to be rolled for every check is "The House Die" which is a specifically allocated die to determine whether or not the house "acts". So for each of the rolls above, there needs to be an additional d6 rolled. If the roll is equal to or greater than any of the dice rolled for that turn, the house will act. If the roll is less than any of the dice rolled for that turn, the house waits.

Then there are the damage rolls to determine how severe a wound given or received would be.

1d6+X-Z = "damage recieved"
1d6+Z-X = "damage dealt"

No house die is needed when rolling damage.

Thank you in advance. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
