[Bug]: MCP Server "Active" status not getting updated under "Gateways/MCP Servers" when the MCP Server shutdown. #464

🐞 Bug Summary

Briefly describe the issue or unexpected behavior.

I have a few test MCP servers, which I added under "[Gateways/MCP Servers]".
All MCP Servers are Active.
One of the MCP Server I shutdown. The status in the ContextForge Portal remains "Active" until I hard reload the page.
