validation HY-N: validation against declared schema - element: <net:fictitious> #1237

Description

@Dnoack49

Hello,

When validating the datasets for hy-n:WatercourseLink

https://inspire.brandenburg.de/services/hy-n_bdlm_wfs?service=WFS&version=2.0.0&request=GetFeature&Count=10&typenames=hy-n:WatercourseLink

or

https://www.geodaten-mv.de/dienste/inspire_hy_n_atkis_bdlm_download?service=WFS&version=2.0.0&request=GetFeature&Count=10&typenames=hy-n:WatercourseLink

There are errors against the declared schema
Invalid content was found starting with element '{"http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/net/4.0":fictitious}'. One of '{"http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/net/4.0":inNetwork, "http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/schemas/net/4.0":centrelineGeometry}' is expected

However for the element <net:fictitious> a boolean-value is used, which according to the approved HY-N UML, should be correct:
