some dataset tests hangs

hello.
we installed validator. but when try run some tests it hangs (like:

some dataset test passes, but it generates much more errors than 'offficial' validator:

Dear @tadaskiskenas,

Regarding the error related to the EPSG link, the opengis server may have been unavailable at that moment, or your server might not have been able to reach it.
If possible, please send the complete report in html format.

If you can send me the sample dataset I can have a look.

Dear @tadaskiskenas,
I reviewed your dataset and confirmed that it is valid!

Looking at your report, there are many errors, like: "The property [...] has a value 'http://...' that cannot be retrieved using HTTP."
This happens because the external servers now enforce HTTPS and return a 301/302 redirect. The native Java HTTP client used by the Validator drops the connection during protocol-switching redirects (from HTTP to HTTPS). We cannot simply change the URI to https:// in the GML files, as the HTTP URI acts as the globally unique semantic identifier for the code list.
A solution could be to bypass this Java limitation by deploying a lightweight, transparent Nginx "upgrade proxy" alongside the Validator container. In this way, Java can be instructed to send all outbound HTTP traffic to this proxy, which fetches the payload via HTTPS and returns it to Java via HTTP, hiding the protocol switch entirely.
