Roundabout not accepted as FormOfWay value

Not fully sure if this is an issue with the validator or the codelist register - please feel free to move it to a different repo if needed.

According to the UML diagram, "roundabout" is a value in the codelist FormOfWay. But when using http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/FormOfWayValue/roundabout, the validator complains about it not being one of the allowed values

In the codelist register entry, "roundabout" is not listed and when accessing the expected URL http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/FormOfWayValue/roundabout, it is forwarded to the roundabout value of a different "formOfRoadNode" codelist http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/FormOfRoadNodeValue/roundabout.

I could not find any PRs or the like in the schema repository explaining that handling with changes that might have happened with the last schema updates or the like.

IMO, http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/FormOfWayValue/roundabout is a valid value for formOfWay looking at the UML and should therefore pass the validator.
