inspire.ec.europa.eu/theme not available

Today when running tests using a local instance of the INSPIRE validator (2026.1), one of the tests started failing with system error:
System error in the Executable Test Suite. Please contact a system administrator. Error information:Access to code list http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/theme failed or timed out.

I have checked and https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/theme gives me 504 Gateway Timeout error.
Any info when this outage will be fixed?
