Merge Toradex stable v2.8 into our branch

Toradex released stable [V2.8 BSP 2 months ago](https://developer.toradex.com/software/linux/linux-software/release-details?view=all&issue=38299).

It is not a very urgent task but for merging their changes into ours, we need to merge changes into the following repos:

 * `meta-toradex-nxp`
 * `meta-isoblue-demos`
 * `isoblue-image`
