Issues Running the Tool – Request for Clarification and Documentation Update

Thank you for developing and sharing this interesting and valuable tool. I’ve been exploring it for use in my research and truly appreciate the effort that went into creating it.

After spending some time resolving the dependency issues, I was eventually able to get it running. However, I noticed that several files and scripts referenced in the documentation seem to be missing from the package.

One area I’m still having difficulty with is the index or database generation — I haven’t been able to get past this step.

If possible, would you consider expanding the README with more detailed instructions or examples? I believe this would greatly help users trying to set up and use the tool effectively.
