[Architecture] Distributed trust system with verification tiers #321

Description

@Ikalus1988

Task

Formalize trust tiers: GitHub-verified > email-verified > web-verified > anonymous.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Machine-readable config: misaka-protocol.json trust section
  • Each contributor has a trust tier based on verification method
  • Search results can be filtered by contributor trust tier
  • Higher trust = higher base quality score
  • Documentation: trust tier definitions + how to upgrade

Why it matters

Trust determines lesson quality. Anonymous lessons need verification; GitHub-verified ones are inherently more trustworthy.

Difficulty

🔴 Ring-4 — governance + security architecture.
