[Architecture] Anti-gaming safeguards for reputation system #328

Task

Design safeguards against reputation manipulation.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Sigmoid cap: max reputation gain per day/week
  • Sybil detection: flag accounts with suspicious patterns
  • Peer review requirement: high-rep changes need2+ reviews
  • Audit log: all reputation changes logged
  • Appeal process: contributors can contest unfair penalties

Why it matters

Without safeguards, reputation systems get gamed. Prevention is cheaper than detection.
