Source webpage view is blurry

Describe the bug
After some update (I believe around 1.1.12), something changed and the webpage view became blurry. See the screenshot below.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Enable show source webpage in app view. Open an added app and see how the view is blurry, but the UI isn't.

This is definitely caused by Flutter switching to a new rendering engine. We'll most likely have to wait for an upstream fix.
