Describe the feature
When a GitHub repository with only non-APK files is added, Obtainium should be able to download and update them. The "Install" button should be replaced by a "Download" button that downloads the file for non-APK files.

You can already add apps as track only, which will allow you to add them to Obtainium even when they don't have any APKs.
From there you can use the download release asset button which is on the app details page to download whichever file you need.

Reopening. Makes sense to replace the install button with the download button that does the same thing as what "download release assets" does for track only apps.
