Need help!!! Someone is using dev tools to hijack my laptop and phone and Meta quest and basically my entire home network. I am an utter novice when it comes to these things and I have tried everything I know.

I don't know much about developing but I wanted to learn but some cyber terrorist acting as dev keeps locking me into a remote session and turning my laptop into a server. I have already lost my job and almost my wife. She thinks I am crazy and there are no such thing as the "computer people" I don't know what to do.
