Move InnerSource Hackathon pattern to 2-structured and add to Mind Map
Move the pattern file from patterns/1-initial to patterns/2-structured
for publication in the InnerSource Patterns book. Update relative links
to match the new file location. Add the pattern to the InnerSource
Program Mind Map under Begin > Program Setup.
