[FEATURE] Reload all active plugins

Describe the feature you would like

Exactly what the title says lol, curious about the possibility of having an option within the plugin menu to reload all active plugins rather than having to find the 2 or 3 that are making it upset. Current solution as provided is to reload the luna lib in settings.

Could you define what you mean by "making it upset"?

Usually it's minor stuff, like a plugin or a few plugins not loading properly on launch (very inconsistently). I haven't really ran into any issues where the client just goes "nah I don't wanna work"

Can you clarify what you mean by not loading properly?

Either not loading at all and requiring me to reload that specific plugin for it to load, ex. HorizontalVolumeSlider, it won't throw an error it won't start on launch. Or it'll throw up an error which requires me to reload the plugin, ex. oneko will throw the error "[Oneko] Progress bar not found" and will require a reload to fix why it's throwing the error

So while I will leave this open to consider.
That's definitely a issue with the plugin itself. Ideally if you could open a issue for those plugins on their repos that would be appreciated.
