Feature request: Specific Positioning of Nearby Blocks 

For example, the vanilla Basalt generator checks for Soul Sand *below* and Blue Ice on any side. With the current version of CFM, you can't specify that a block is below/above/adjacent, so you can't create Basalt-style generators.

This might impact the JEI integration, in addition to code and documentation, and so may be a big lift.
