[Feature] Add onboarding/welcome screen explaining app functions

Description

The app lacks an onboarding experience. New users need to understand:

• What the app does
• How it provides "simulated video" context
• How Qwen OAuth works
• What permissions are needed and why

Requirements

Create a welcome/onboarding screen that:

1. Explains the app's purpose (simulated video context for OpenClaw)
2. Shows how Qwen OAuth works (no API keys needed)
3. Lists required permissions with explanations
4. Has a clear "Get Started" action

Design Suggestions

• Use Jetpack Compose
• 3-4 swipeable screens or single scrollable page
• Show animated illustrations if possible
• Include privacy disclaimer

Additional Context

• Priority: High
• Related to Issue [Bug] Permission screen is obsolete and overlaps with system permissions #20 (permission redesign)

  • INTRO: Tela de apresentação com animações
  • PERMISSIONS: Solicitação de permissões (câmera, microfone)
  • API_KEY: Configuração de API key (OAuth OpenRouter)
  • VALIDATION: Validação do modelo
  • READY: Pronto para usar
