✨ Feature Request - "Manage 3rd parties" option

### Feature description

Add an option to manage 3rd parties inside the Rebound installer and Rebound Hub.

### Why is this feature important?

This option will make it so that Rebound can ignore instructions related to installing and uninstalling 3rd party apps, in case the user wants to keep them separately from Rebound.
