Get-DuoPhone retrieves all phones when a phone_id is provided #46
Description
The function Get-DuoPhone doesn't correctly handle searching by phone_id. This is likely due to that variable being used under an if statement checking for $GroupId, instead of $PhoneId. It also appears to be trying to use a v2 endpoint for phones that I can't find documentation on and may need to be v1.
