Print / Save as PDF to print / save rather than opening a new full page tab

clicking on print/export to pdf opens up a new window/page. It is necessary to print to PDF from the browser.

Change the icon name to "Open in full page" or provide a button to download a pdf.

Resolved in ed986ed — both options you suggested are now available:

1. The original printer icon's tooltip now reads "Open in new tab for printing" so the behavior matches the label.
2. A new "Download as PDF" button (red picture_as_pdf icon) sits next to it on every diagram toolbar (Relationships, Detailed ERD, Visual Usage, and all five Visual Lineage views). It produces a real .pdf file via jsPDF + svg2pdf.js loaded from CDN — no popups, no print dialog, no build step.
